• 4/8 rool with ball, length of balls: 1000mm diameter:250mm

Principlally roll consists of following properties

• Frame was cut from thick steel by laser and welded
• 4 or 8 balls were manufactured from blow moulding and they have 500/520 brinel hardness
• Double row tapered coller roller bearings were used
• timing belt cover was used for reducing sound and periodic maintenance.
• Cleaning ball surfaces
• Electronic system with sensor and inverter which provides rotation of grain compartment  which provides approach of roll bals and opening and by means of gearbox accordingly with type of product.
• Panel indicating current which is drawn by roll motor and speed pf grain compartment.
• Emergency stop button
• Product input panel, steel sheet, transparent and made of mica
• Front wing which can be opened for removal of balls.
