Semolina Fan
When semolina is ground by means of roller mills, some of the semolina becomes flaky. These small fragments of semolina cannot pass through the sieve and slide to back passages. This may lead to faults and impact the quality of the final product. Sheets that do not pass through the sieve have to be distributed and the semolina fan enables to distribute these sheets.
